Favourite Beauty Products

Hello my lovelies! As usual, I'm back for my Tuesday blog post - from now on I'm going to be posting every Tuesday (that's right you literally can't get rid of me!) once a week, and then once every two weeks, I'll post on a Tuesday and Thursday. Really, how lucky are you? (!!!) Today I thought I'd do another beauty related blog post; partly because I adore writing them, and partly because on my Tumblr (which is here) beauty related questions are the ones I receive most frequently. So, here are my current favourite beauty related products!

(Disclaimer - I am soooo sorry for the rubbish -down right awful- quality of these photos, I can only take them in the evening, and I'm awaiting a professional camera!)

YSL Le Teint Touche Éclat Foundation
In shade B10
Obviously, this simply had to be in my favourite beauty products as of right now. This foundation is the best foundation I hae ever used - and I've tried everything from M.A.C to Rimmel. It not only makes my skin look radiant and gives me an absolutely gorgeus healthy looking glow, it hydrates my skin, even when it isn't at it's best. I love the way it evens out my skin tone, and the fact that there is such a large array of colour matches - my skin is terribly pale and it's so hard to find a foundation pale enough but this one is just perfect. I'd hve t say the only downside to this product is it's low coverage spec,mThis product is pretty pricey, though is to be assumed seeing as though it is made by Yves Saint Laurent, but if you want a really good quality foundation, then I'd definitely recommend this glass bottle of brilliance to re-vitalise your beautiful little face.

Topshop Lips
In the shade Hazard
Usually, people tend to steer clear of all beauty products made by clothing department stores - but alas, no more! I absolutely adore the Topshop make-up range, and my make-up collection is made up of a fair few items from it. This lipstick is a prime example of high quality make-up which is just as good as any make-up you could buy from a drugstore. Honestly, this fiery red has to be my favourite lipstick of all time. Even though it's staying power isn't all that great (try to avoid any consumption of food or drink whilst wearing - I hope it's not as hard for you as it is for me!), it is so pigmented and applies as easily as a lip balm. When I'm wearing it, I can hardly tell that it's there, which isighly unuual for lipsticks because usually, wearing lipstick annoys me terribly because I can feel the product on my lips, but this one it just feather light. Not only do I look flawless when wearing this lipstick (if I'm permitted to say so...) it's fairly cheap and is an all around fabulous product, and I look forward to purchasing more Topshop lipsticks in the future.

Maybelline New York Baby Lips
In the shade Cherry Me
There isn't much to say for this product aside from wow. When the BabyLips range was first to be released in the UK I was bouncing on the balls of my feet with excitement, and months later, I'm still in love with this product. They are so hydrating, and if you don't feel like showing any lipstick on, then just apply a lick of this baby (see what I did?!) and you're ready to go. This particular shade has been my favourite recently, because I've bee adding it on top of a red lipstick for a bit of hydration in the winter months, so I've been using it more often than the rest, although I do also love the shade pink punch. I have to say kudos to Maybelline in creating such a fantastic little cherry smelling (did I mention it smells excellent?!) container of happiness (and moisture-iness).

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer
In the shade Fair 1
I know, I know, you've heard every beauty blogger, every Youtuber, every guru, raving on about this concealer and you're sick of it, but really - it's my go-to holy grail beauty item and most used beauty product, like, ever. As you can tell from the image above, my concealer is definitely well loved and hardly has any label left on because I take it everywhere with me, and it's still (very surprisingly) going strong - meaning I haven't yet run out. It doesn't crease, it doesn't (thankfully) turn my skin a rather unattractive shade of orange, and it covers stubborn and annoying blemishes/red areas with ease. I really can't stress enough how good this product is, and how I'm sure it will always be my favourite concealer. I'll let you know if any others take it's place!

Topshop Magic Liner
In the shade Black Cab
Just the other day I answered a question on Tumblr about this eyeliner, and I recommend it to anyone, especially any eyeliner novices that want to master the perfect cat eye or simple lining of the lashline. This eyeliner is jet black and is deftly easy to apply, and it's probably one o the best eyeliners I have used yet. As you may be able to see from the picture, the nib of the brush is so narrow which makes for terribly easy application and it's staying power is simply incredible. I love how long the handle is on this eyeliner, as in the past some have been really short and hard to hold properly. Blacker than the inner depths of my heart, I've used tis product so much lately for an everyday look, and it's just gorgeous.

And there's all my Favourite Beauty Products right now! I hope I didn't bore you to death with talkings of make-up and beauty brands etcetera, but if you did make it all the way to the end, I'd love to know your favourite beauty products right now! Leave me a comment detailing them - I'd love to try them out! Also, please leave me a comment listing any books you'd like to see reviewed for my next book review post, because I'd love to review something you guys love and want me to write about! Until next time!
